Cale is a town located in Nevada County, Arkansas. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 75.

Cale is located at 33°37'52" North, 93°14'33" West (33.631181, -93.242548).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.8 km² (1.1 mi²). 2.5 km² (1.0 mi²) of it is land and 0.2 km² (0.1 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 8.33% water.

Cale Demographics

As of the census of 2000, there are 75 people, 30 households, and 21 families residing in the town. The population density is 29.5/km² (76.3/mi²). There are 40 housing units at an average density of 15.8/km² (40.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 97.33% White, 2.67% Black or African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 30 households out of which 23.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.0% are married couples living together, 3.3% have a female householder with no husband present, and 26.7% are non-families. 26.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 6.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
